Am I the only one who felt like the wedding party stuff was way more stressful than it needed to be? The setup was confusing, the messages didn’t really line up, and trying to sort out sizes and orders turned into such a headache. For something that’s already a big event to plan, this added a lot of unnecessary stress for us.

I ordered the swatches first because I thought that was the smart way to avoid any surprises, but apparently that didn’t matter. When the actual dresses arrived, they looked way different from the samples. The color was duller and almost a completely different shade in normal lighting. It caused so much unnecessary stress trying to match everything for the wedding, and that’s on them. The whole point of ordering swatches is to know what you’re getting, so it’s really frustrating that they weren’t accurate at all.

I was disappointed with this dress. It looked so much nicer online, but in person the material felt thinner than I expected and kind of cheap for the price. From a distance it looked okay, but up close the seams and fabric just didn’t feel great. Also, dealing with everything after realizing I didn’t love it felt like too many steps, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

I’ll say the tracking was helpful and gave me a decent idea of where my order was, which I appreciated. That said, one of my packages did show up later than expected, so the shipping felt a little hit or miss. Still, everything arrived in good shape, and the process wasn’t too stressful overall.

I expected exchanging my dress to be straightforward, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Emails took days to get a response, the return fee was annoying, and even after going back and forth, I still felt kind of stuck. For a simple exchange, I was expecting a much smoother process.

For me, it wasn’t worth it.

It might fit other people better, but I ended up having to pay for alterations, which was frustrating

When they finally did respond, the answers were polite but really brief and didn’t give me much confidence. It also made me wonder a bit about the overall quality and attention to detail if the communication was already this spotty. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I definitely expected more for something this important...

I was expecting a few more dress options and maybe some newer-looking styles. A lot of them kind of felt similar, or just weren’t really my thing. The site itself was fine enough to look through, but the overall selection didn’t really wow me.
